The system of Supercomputing\u00a0Centers\u00a0(SCC) is a structure of the united research and educational centers situated in the Russian federal districts. SCCs are created as part of universities that are members of Supercomputing Consortium of Russian Universities and that are quite experienced in carrying out research and providing education in the SCC sphere.<\/p>\n
All the elements of the the SCC systems are created as a part of universities that have experience in development and implementation of Supercomputing technologies as members of Supercomputing Consortium of Russian Universities.<\/p>\n
